2FA code error

If the user is warned about “2FA code error”, when entering the Google Authenticator code, please take the following steps to resolve the issue.

  1. Synchronize the time on your phone (For IOS please set System TimeZone, for Android "Reset timecode" in settings;

  2. Enable incognito status on Google Chrome;

  3. Clear Browser History and Cookies;

  4. Try it on the phone app;

  5. If the above steps cannot solve the problem, please reinstall Google Authenticator.
